Briefing Note: Residual Waste as a Fuel in a Low Carbon Economy

In early December, the Committee on Climate Change produced its sixth Carbon Budget. Using the Budget as a guide, Tolvik has published a Briefing Note which considers some of the potential implications of the Budget’s assumptions on Residual Waste, including its potential as a feedstock for fuel manufacture.
