At RWM 2018 Chris Jonas chaired one of the closing panel discussions to discuss the Financing the Future of EfW.
The panel included James Samworth, MD at Foresight, Garry Mayson COO at Suez, Helena Barrett Investment Manager at John Laing and Ralf Schöpwinkel COO at Geminor.
The debate was well attended and included discussion on the role of aggregators to balance UK EfW inputs with RDF export flows, commercial innovations in the sector such as future changes to the electricity markets and the important role of C&I wastes in future EfW developments.
